My Name is Elizabeth Perez de Belliard. I was born and lived Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
I have lived in New York City for One month and 10 days.


I would like to visit:

• The Statue of Liberty

• Central Park
• The Museum of Natural History
• Yankee Stadium
• Madison Square Garden

While I live in New York I would like to accomplish learning English, get a good job and help my children finish their studies.


Some things I miss about my Native Country are:

• My friends
• The Beaches
• Dominican Christmas

Some things I like about living in New York City are:

• The Language
• The Opportunity for a better education for my children

Some differences between my native country and my new country are:

• It does not get cold in my native country but it does get cold in my new country.
• The language of my native country is Spanish and the language of my new country is English

Some similarities between my native country and my new country are:

• Both countries have tall buildings.
• Both countries leaders are called "President".
