I am from San Pedro de Macoris Con Suelo, Dominican Republic.
I have been living in New York City for seven weeks.

Some things I would like to accomplish while I live in New York City are being able to speak English fluently and bringing my two daughters to this country so they can take advantage of the opportunities that America has to offer.

Some things I like about living in my new country are:

• The opportunity
• The ability to receive a good and free education

My favorite Spanish language song is called Extraño mi Pueblo by Frank Reyes which is about the singer missing his home.
